Don’t Miss These 3 Simple Copywriting for Business Hacks
Are you feeling stressed out about another empty page or blank social post? Do you wish you could make copywriting for business a whole lot easier? I totally get it!
On the day-to-day, I work as a copywriter for marketing agencies, small business owners, and more. One of the biggest things I’ve realized? Not everyone has a copywriting budget. BUT everyone needs writing help sometimes. Here are 3 ways to make copywriting for business easier.

Copywriting is an essential part of any successful brand or business, but it can be a daunting task if you aren’t super experienced in business copywriting. There are definitely some great AI writing tools online that can get you off to the races, but you’ll still need to personalize your content to fit your strategy and goals.
I recently created a creative template shop to share with you affordable writing templates for EXACTLY what you need, when you need it. They’re all under $40, so be sure to check them out!
With these three business written communication tips, you can create effective, engaging copy for your business without the pain and frustration that often comes with the writing process. Writing made easy sounds pretty good, doesn’t?
Without further ado, here are 3 ways to make copywriting for business a whole lot easier.

1. First and foremost, laser in on your brand messaging.
Figuring out the WHY behind your writing will help you work through not knowing what to say on social media, how to talk to your audience in emails, and how to share what you do! Before you write a piece of content for your business, ask yourself two questions:
- Who is this for?
- What do I want them to do?
From there you’ll have a lot more clarity around what you should say and how you should say it!
The Brand Message Workbook is a great writing printable that I originally put together a few months ago as a mini course. Now it’s a super straightforward workbook to help you figure out how to talk about who you are and what you do. Through the exercises, you’ll learn how to infuse your personality into all your business copywriting. It will genuinely help you anywhere that you share content.`
2. Use email templates so you always know what to say and when to say it.
Email is such an important part of your business. But they can also be frustrating and anxiety-inducing when you don’t know what to say. For my clients, I love to use a piece of paper to outline or list each of the emails they’ll need for their business.
This include welcome emails, product launches, audience surveys and more. Then, you can take that list and create templates that are easily customizable and can be used over and over, saving you time!
Inside my Small Biz Email Template Bundle, you’ll find loads of email templates for everything from reaching out to potential clients, to asking for feedback, welcoming someone to your list, or debuting a new product. It pretty much contains all the email info I wish I had when I started my business. And if you’re a podcaster, check out The Ultimate Podcast Email Templates!

3. Make your website the most welcoming place on the web.
Last but certainly not least, your website is your HOME online. It’s the place you’ll always be pointing people back to. Your site is where your audience gets their questions answered and decides if they want to work with you further.
So make sure the copy reflects you and your business in the best way. Be sure to write like you talk in your website copy. Focus as much on your visitor as you can, and always remember – it’s not about you. It’s about them!
