Motherhood Recommendations
Ninja 12-Cup Programmable Brewer
this is the coffee maker I use literally every morning. I love that you can do single cups or a full pot. It keeps me caffeinated for those long parenting days and makes great coffee.
There’s no way around it -kids are just messy! I keep this vacuum charged up to quickly zap up crumbs and messes when they happen. It’s also perfect for travel and road trips, too!
OK to Wake! Alarm Clock & Night-Light
Are you a mom who is dying for a full night of rest? If your kids are ages 2+, GET THIS CLOCK. You can set it to turn green when your kids are allowed to come out of their room and bother you in the mornings, and it works. It’s so helpful for that 2-7 age range. You can also change the clock faces which kids love and it’s just plain adorable.
Sunny Health & Fitness Mini Stepper
So when you’re a mom, time is an issue, right? While I love going to the gym, it just doesn’t happen alot of the times because of appointments, school events, meetings and general work craziness. I love that with this stepper, I can get a quick 10-15 minute workout in literally anytime! It’s compact and gives you a crazy good cardio workout.
4-Compartment Reusable Food Containers
Forgot those expensive Bento boxes. These containers are the real all stars when it comes to school lunches. I love that they are all one piece, can be thrown in the dishwasher, and provide variety for my kids lunches. They’re also great for snacks and meals on the road!
MorePro Fitness Tracker Smartwatch
When an Apple Watch is not in the budget, you can still grab a gorgeous timepiece that encourages you to exercise! I love that this watch can track calorie burn on my workouts, track steps and show me my text messages – for a fraction of the price of those other brands.
Faith Recommendations
This Bible is the perfect blend of Study Bible, historical guides, places to write notes and so much more. This has been my daily go-to Bible for about 8 years now, and although it isn’t super compact for carrying around, it’s perfect for including everything you need for quality time in God’s Word. (P.S. – There’s also a men’s version for the guy in your life!)
Intelligent Change: The Five Minute Journal
If you’re like me and you have literally no time to journal, yet you aspire to aspire to be more centered and reflective, this book is for you. It literally gives you 5 minutes out of your day to celebrate the good things God has done and also set goals. It’s a totally doable for anyone, and it also makes a killer gift!
Blogging & Business
If you’re someone who notoriously purchases dozens of planners every year, you may eventually realize that you’ve got to branch out and do your own thing. I use this incredible divided notebook from Amazon to track my daily to dos, create meal plans for the week, write to do lists, set goals, keep track of workouts and so much more. (Literally, there’s a section for everything!) Also like that the cover is see-through so you can customize and create your own look.
Focusmate
If I could put this one on the list 100 times, I totally would – and I mean that. Whether you have a writing deadline coming up or you need to force yourself to sit down and get some work down, Focusmate is a BRILLIANT tool that let’s you book co-working sessions with other people around the world and gives you space to set goals, get work done and be held accountable at the end. If you’re someone who works from home and wants a little social interaction throughout the day like me, Focusmate is a must-have tool. Focusmate is free for 3 sessions a week. The Unlimited Sessions plan which I have is only $6.99/month. If you have big goals and dreams but tend to be easily distracted, try it out!
